What customers say about Bolton

We were in search of a company that could do quality work at a reasonable price for our new 30 ft x 40 ft 2 story garage addition. This project called for full clearance 10 ft X 10 ft insulated roll-ups motorized with remote control units (Not usually seen in a residential setting) The Bolton Family company said they could provide these units and they did what they said…Great quality and on-time. Call Mike or Mark and make your garage door decisions easier.

Great experience. Had a spring break on one of my garage doors and couldn't open it. Mike answered my initial call, got someone out same day to take a look. They ordered parts and fixed it 2 days later. Great communication, super efficient, fair price, and Mike followed up after to ensure everything was satisfactory. Would definitely recommend.

Mike was wonderful. Very easy to work with. He found the correct solution for our problem that another installer messed up on. He worked with our tight schedule and made sure the job was done to our satisfaction.

Excellent customer service, communiction, & scheduling. They did a wonderful job for us.

don't think twice. This company is terrific

Super responsive via call and text. Came out quickly for a stuck door situation. Resolved the issue completely.

Mike Martin and Bolton should be commended for earning the right to our business. We contacted multiple garage door companies, including well regarded and high visibility firms. Only one other sent a representative out, others responded for us to self-measure, and the rest never responded at all. The pricing was the second best, but the service and responsiveness won us over. If we have an issue, Mike seems like he would address the matter.

The installation was more complicated than expected and took a second day. My feeling is they could have pushed us through with a less than perfect job, but decided to pick up the correct parts and return for day two - Mike also showed up, even though he wasnt doing any of the installation, to make sure everything went well.

The doors look and work great -

Thank You Bolton Family and Mike

Prompt friendly service at a very reasonable cost!
